Registration & policies

Class schedules are made in advance and subject to change. The times and days will vary from month to month in order to best meet the needs of our students.

Keep checking our web site for updates as we are working to add new and exciting classes. You can contact Studio Manager, Mark Morris, by phone (504) 482-6003 Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm or via email mark@nocgi.org any time to inquire about classes, schedule an appointment, and to be registered for a class.

A deposit of half the class fee is required to hold a spot in the class. The balance of the class fee is due prior to class on the first day. Registration will be confirmed only after payment in full is received.

NOCGI will retain a $50 non-refundable administrative fee for any cancellations. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received two weeks in advance of class start date. No refund for cancellations received after this time.

Each class requires a minimum number of students to make it run. Classes that do not meet enrollment requirements will be cancelled and deposits will be refunded.
